I have had a really successful winter training period so its nice to see it come together and enable me to put some good results down in the first two premier races of the season and the two selection simulation races in lee valley. The last weeks of preparation will consist of more time spent in lee valley training on the course and in the gym.

The teams will be selected from three separate races spread over the three days, with the overall winner taking the Olympic place.
